Shipping restricted to the specified zone(s)

Hello,

I've two zones USA and International.

Some products are available only for US users.

Using GEOIP I'm able to hide these products for International users (outside US).

The problem is if somebody uses a proxy website like pagewash.com to access this store he'll be able to see these products and add to the cart.

Or somebody enjoying vacations in US can add these products and the shipping address will be outside US, then it will be a problem for us.

So I want to limit shipping of some products / categories to my domestic (USA) zone.

Is it possible to mark a category / product(s) that they can be shipped only in the specified zones?

Hi

I think that if you have got the zones set to shipping, it will show 'Not shipping to your region at this time' if they were to put in a UK address, so when someone tries to place an order either on a proxy computer or if someone is on holiday there it will enable them to view the products but not actually buy them if they don't have a US address.

Thanks for the reply, I actually did not find an option to associate a category or product(s) with a zone. I've 100 products for example and 10 out of 100 can not be shipped outside US.

For me the Zone thing works on the entire catalog, not on specific categories or products.
