Enabled Zone Shipping; Not Showing Up

Hi all,

I have just changed my shipping (postage) method to Zone Rates ('zones'). Having put all of the required information in and enabled it as the only option, when a customer goes to order a product, all they see if free shipping for orders over £5 which is what I used to have but which is no longer enabled in the Modules > Shipping menu. This happens no matter which country the customer selects. How come my new rates aren't showing up? I'm sure I must be missing something really obvious! :o

Thanks for your reply. Upon further investigation, this only seems to happen on orders over £5 because my old shipping setup was to have free shipping over £5. Because that has now been deactivated, however, and zone shipping is the only module turned on, it shouldn't make any difference.

I have also just posted about a separate problem (link: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...006#post774006) whereby I get the white screen of death in the browser window during the checkout process from having changed the weight units in zone.php from lb(s) to g, grammes, or indeed anything else I have tried.

The URL of my site (which is live and up and running - please don't complete the last, payment stage of a transaction!) is - b a t t e r y b o s s .co.uk (without the spaces)

Solved!

The problem was that I had that free shipping enabled through Modules > Order Total for orders of over £5 in value. This was over-riding the zone-based shipping instructions. So I simply removed that free delivery instruction from the Order Total area and made a new one in the Modules > Shipping area and now everything works as I want.
