Subcategory counts in center box

Hi,
I am trying to get subcategory counts in the subcategory listing that appears in the centerbox once the main category has been clicked. I have changed the subcats listing to display in one column, as if it was a tabular result, as in here.
Any info or help greatly appreciated.

Hi, no one knows if this can be done?
I am using ZenCart 1.3.8, and the only addon I have installed so far is the BetterCategories, included in The Bookshelf template.
