Rewrite URL's for Categories/Products

Everyone,

I've been searching all over these forums trying to figure out how to rewrite the dynamic URL's that Zencart creates for Categories and Products.

For ex) Instead of http://www.photofoldz.com/index.php?...mcgdhgsd844dq2

I would like:

http://www.photofoldz.com/walletsize

Same applies to the actual products. Can I change these to make them more SEO friendly? Also, will they automatically redirect to the new URL when I change them?

Suggestions on the easiest way to do this. I cant locate any way to change the URL's in the Admin of Zencart.
