I've been searching and searching on the forums, but alas, my search skills have left me empty-handed so I'm asking for help.

I have a product that needs a good deal of information upon selection. For example, if a person adds production #1, I need 3 corporation names (1st,2nd,3rd choices), Fiscal Year End, Number of Shares, Par Value, Director/Member name, address, phone, email, etc.

Anyway, I tried to use option attributes to require the information, but am limited in fields such as "special instruction" or if the street address is longer than the field will allow.

Is there a way to do this after the product is selected in a form type entry with required items, or in a mod that someone knows of? It would need to allow separate entries for each product.
