Default Just informed that my registration form has no submit button...

No clue what I did but it could have been missing since June. I have been busy with my 'real' job lately (and unfortunately) so I didn't notice until someone brought it to my attention.

I have since changed the template but it is still missing. Nothing else is wrong.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Your problem is that whatever module or coding is used at the end your Login page is incorrect. For that reason your page is not fully loading and thus, no Submit button.

Two important troubleshooting tools that everyone should be using:

    - your Error log within your Hosting Account
    - HTML Validation http://validator.w3.org

I appreciate the advice and I tried it but I don't know where to start with all the errors. How do I fix it? I tried replacing the registration files with fresh ones and it didn't work.

Start by removing the referral mod AND you need to fix the comment code
    <!--<div id="logo"></div>--!>
    remove the second exclamation point.
    A little help with colors.

Whomever did the Template did not do you any favours. Instead of a proper setup using the override system and creating a custom Template for you, they simply used the files in the Classic dir. This means when you do an update, all your customization will be lost. You should have someone properly code your Template for you ASAP.

With that said, you could try to replacing the Create Account page which would be found in one of two places.

First, see if you have the file here:
    store/includes/templates/template_default/classic/tpl_modules_create_account.php

    else it will be here:
    store/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_create_account.php

You will probably need to replace the file with one from the original download of Zen Cart. You can download the original files if you do not have what you need.

    Correction to my above post.

First, see if you have the file here:
    store/includes/templates/classic/tpl_modules_create_account.php
