how to deal with shoes size?

Hi,
need to upload shoes,but for one item there are different size available,

eg,item 001,size 4, size 5 and size 6 are available,
how to set up the attributes,

and is there any way that we just set up the attributes of size one time ,and no need to set up the size for each item each time when upload the product..

Its very easy to solve this problems,you can use the Easypopulate ,pactch uploading tools.
How did you patch upload those products one time,you can also patch set up your Attribute of shoes size one time.
right?
