Help with PHP echo Shipping Method

I'm trying to make my printed invoices display the chosen shipping method just below the shipping address. Really pulling my hair out with this one.

Can anyone please, please tell me what is the PHP code for "echo shipping method"?

I've been trying for hours and can't get it working at all.

try:

<?php echo $order->info['shipping_method'] ; ?>

however.. this displays the full shipping method info (method, eta, etc). i'm sure you could play around further to trim that value to suit your needs.
