Hi, I am having a problem with the logo.gif. Every time I tried to fix the graphic it changes all white.

Any thoughts?

i have also had that problem too. I changed to photoshop to see if that would help, and it fixed the white background, but now the font/lines on the image are very jagged instead of smooth.
I like the logo and don't want to remove it, but I'd like it to say the right name lol

seems i figured out how to do it
edit the original logo file to remove the words (erase)
create a new image with a transparent background and just the words of the new store logo
paste the original logo onto the new logo then rearrange the layers so the words are on top
save as copy for web
no jagged lines + transparent background =

HELP! I've searched through the forum but couldn't find anything that addresses this specific issue. I recently changed hosts, which was a bigger hassle than I had intended. I am now with Bluehost. I just updated zencart from 3.8.1 to 3.9. I am still in the process of getting my store loaded, but my buttons are missing. What could have happened to them? The text shows but no buttons. Can you help me?

Have you looked in includes/templates/a_pink_boutique/buttons/english to see if the button images are there?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It seems that my buttons file was completely empty. Fortunately I had the orig. file on my computer so I was able to correct the problem. Not sure how that could have happened and it wasn't the only problem I was experiencing. I was transferring over from my old host and upgrading to the new version of Zen Cart - not a good mix I guess.

Anyway, I trashed it all and started over fresh and everything seems to be working great now.

By the way, I love your template. I went into this thing completely blind but your instructions were so complete, and that template is so cute...I just love it. Thank you

I just installed your Template on a 1.3.9b zen-cart version and all is well so far.

I just have a question..How do I put a space and horizontal line between my categories names and the All, New and Featured Products links at the bottom of the categories box?

The easiest way to do this is to use the Better Categories Ezinfo module.

I've just started trying to customize my zencart site. I'm using version 1.3.8a. My husband set up the pink boutique template for me. I added a product, and then went to my page to see what it looked like. When I tried to click "log yourself in" to see what it would look like from a customer's point of view, I get a "connection was interrupted" error. I don't have any trouble accessing other web pages anywhere else, so I don't think it's my isp causing the problem. I think there might be a file missing. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help.

Hello :-)

There are no "missing files" in the template package. I would recommend searching the zen cart forum for the error. Switch back to the classic template and see if the error is still there.
