Is there any intergration mod for osticket to replace the stock zen-cart contact us page? I have been trying to make this work, but 0 success. OR is there any ticket support service that is free that works with zen-cart

There is no Mod I can see for osticket or any other ticket system.

I would suggest that you install it separate to Zen cart.

Add links in the contact page to the ticketing system.

or edit the href link for contact us page to load ticketing system.

Hi,

You dont need to incorporate it into the page. Just simply have the contact form sending the email to the email linked to osticket. for example [email protected]

Then osTicket will download the emails and log it with a ticket. Customer gets the ticket number emailed back. If you need any help just give me a shout - i use osTicket for one of our sites - brilliant simple system
