Table shipping help needed: price & weight question

I have been using the UPS shipping calculator. Now, I'm thinking of switching to a table ship method.
Here's what I want:

Order Total Shipping Charge
Less than $25.00 8.99
$25.00 to $49.99 10.99
$50.00 to $79.99 13.99
$80.00 to $124.99 17.99
$125.00 to $179.99 24.50
More than $180.00 15% of order total

When I go into table shipping, I choose price but how do I get the 15% of order on the last option?

25.00:8.99,49.99:10.99,79.99:13.99,124.99:17.99,179.99:24.50,10000:15%

I did try that. It made everything over $180 a $15 flat rate for shipping, not 15%. I copy & pasted your code in and then tested it. I'm not sure why it's doing $15 instead of 15% (I do have the % sign in there)

Could you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box do a search on:
table.php

select Catalog ... and click search ...

What comes up for the version on the:

/includes/modules/shipping/table.php

If it is the same, go to the Modules ... Shipping ... save all your settings to NotePad for Table Rate table ... and then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure it again ... does it work now?

Should I still try to uninstall and reinstall?

I am working at upgrading my site to 1.3.8 (I have 1.3.6) but it's been on the back burner (I'm having trouble getting the info from my current database uploaded into a new database so it's a little scary)

I believe the percentage on the Table Rate was added in v1.3.8 ...

You can use the Table Rate table module in v1.3.7 from v1.3.8 ... but be sure that you REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure it ...
