Login / register customers Loop

Hi guys,

The url for this problem is: www.sexymenswear.eu (not for me, my customers webshop :))

Since some days, I am unable to register or login as a customer. If i try to register, it loops to the register page, if I try to login as a customer, nothing happens either. The admin login works fine. But sometimes I have to login after some minutes, before I could stay logged in a much longer time.

I receive no error messages, nothing, before it always worked fine. My host company does not know why it happened.

I viewed all threads dealing with the customer login / register problem. I checked all session and cache problem articles. My configure.php file is also like it should be i think, the DB is mediumblob and I experience the same problem with different computers. I try to use sessions with files and db, the same problem remains.

BUT: with Internet Explorer 6, i dont have the problem and I can login.

Can it be that my zc_session is corrupt?

I am totally lost , I promise a bottle of wine for the person who solves this problem.

I am also suffering same type problem but not exactly like you if you get the solution please inform me

What browsers are you using? I found I had/have this problem, when I try switching to firefox it works then allows me to log in through the original browser straight after.

Not sure what causes this though

Hi guys,

Today i tried some other stuff, and suddenly I can register and login again.

How I did this? The only thing I did was installing the clear cache add-on for firefox and use it. Since then I can log in and register again. But I am not sure if this caused it.

Now it works again

What i still miss are error messages when for example my password is wrong. It still does not give any error message when errors are made. I try to tackle this problem the coming days.

For all of you who has the loop problem, try the Mozilla Clear Cach add-on

I had the same problem, cleared my history in IE and all was good again.

I've had the same problem too. I noticed, when I check "Who's Online" in admin, I have multiple session entries of my IP address listed. When I've waited for those sessions to time out and be removed, that's when I'm able to login. Hope this bit of info helps solve the problem.
