Shipping insurance

I was wondering if there is a way to add shipping insurance to the final checkout so they have the option to added it after the shipping charges?

I looked at the optional insurance module but it does not give the customer the option to chose it or not. If you set it up then it becomes manditory. I want the customers to have the option to add shipping insurance or not.

Go to Modules -> Order Total -> Shipping Insurance and check to see what your dollar amount is set for:

Required Insurance Amount

Mine is set at $100. When a customer purchases $100 worth of products, insurance is required. Check your settings.

In that I assume its only there when the insurance option has been added as there is no option anywhere.
Id like to do same, provide an option that the customer adds if they want, and the system selects the right version, recorded/special in UK or the international for the others.
