Customizing header and footer seperator bar links

How do I customize the EZpages header/footer bar links? The defaults look like those listed below but I want to change them.

It would help if you told us how you want to customize your links.

I want to get rid of the EZpages link and produce my own external link, remove the shared and Zen Cart links completely, or just remove them all and leave the bar itself visible. I hope this helps. I'm new to this so I'm not sure exactly what I want except to be able to manipulate what's there.
