Problems logging in.

I really am not sure where this question should go, so I thought this would be okay. I just installed ZenCart V. 1.3.8.1 and I am now unable to log in. I've been getting an invalid password all day, even though I've cut and pasted the password sent to me. When I've requested one to be sent to me, I haven't received any emails (and yes, I've checked my spam folder). Who do I contact about this problem. I'd really like to get started on creating my site.
