    Default My Account give me a blank page

    I have looked and looked and tried to solve this problem with no avail for the last couple of days. Would like to move this site to it's home and finish it in the next couple of days.
    This is my third zen cart - love the flexibility!

    When you click on "My Account" you get a blank page - see here -

    I am using the following -
    Zen 1.3.8a
    Cherry Zen Template
    Admin Profiles
    Fual Slimbox
    Image Handler
    Cross Sell rev186
    EZ Populate
    Edit Orders
    Categories dressing
    COWOA
    Module Manager
    Sales Reports
    and will be adding the backup add ons and will change the admin name and install the patch when I move the cart and add the SSL.

    I tried the Debugging Add on and it gave me no php errors
    I have searched and searched the forum and still haven't figures it out so......

    ANY help at all with this would be wonderful!!

    Had you made any changes to account.php or tpl_account_default.php?

    Also, since the cart is online now, I would apply the patch and change the admin folder name right away.

    "hanging my head in shame" I was so involved with converting the over 5000 items in inventory from the existing site that I just kept uploading the add ons without checking if them.

    When I go back and look at the "dates" on the server both of the pages you mentioned are dated in 2006 so no it doesn't look like I made changes to them.

    Do you think it would be worth it to reload those pages? or is my problem somewhere else?

    I tried uploading brand new pages from a zen cart downloaded and untouched.....still no luck ;o(

    Patch is install - thanks for the "push" on that as I did it on all of my carts and it wasn't as "scary" as it looked.....I am a beginner so these things can intimidate me sometimes.....

    Anymore ideas??

    Actually, you have a lot of blank pages. I created an account, and the create account success page is blank, but I can see My Account, so the blank page I was seeing before was no_account.

    If I put a product (GC) in the cart, and try to check out, the checkout shipping page is blank.

    Since you've already created your custom template, I'd be tempted to re-upload the files in includes/english to start with, and check which files are overridden in your custom template.

    Ok - I did that - no luck!

    Here is a list of files in my includes/languages/english/cherry_zen (template) file - which I believe is the over-ride file...right?
    checkout_confirmation.php
    checkout_payment.php
    checkout_shipping.php
    gv_redeem.php
    header.php
    login.php
    logoff.php
    no_account.php

    Any more suggestions??

    Try renaming no_account.php to no_account.old and see if when you click on My Account when you're not logged in you see something other than a blank page.

    The fact that all those files are in that folder suggests they've been modified. It may be there's a extra space or line at the end or they contain unescaped special characters.

    I removed all but the header from there as the rest of the files belonged to COWAA and I decided it may be the problem. So I removed all files associated with COWAA and restored the original zen files that were altered. Still no luck. I don't know how to or if I need to remove the SQL patch that is associated with COWAA.

    I switched to the classic template....still no luck.

    What is strange is that I did test the cart a couple of weeks ago (not sure if it was before the add ons) and it worked fine.

    If I don't find a solution soon....I guess I have to reload zen and add ons....what do you think?

    Thanks again...everytime I see you have responded...I still have hope!
