Image Handler 2 problem

I recently installed Image Handler 2, it seems to have installed properly, I have added 1 test item and the image popup in the catalog is not working. The site is http://www.alettojewelry.com/zencart/ there is one "ring" on the main page.

Any help would be appreciated as this whole Zen Cart thing has me a little down. : (

Now I see that there is a large image trying to load way down the page, is this a GD issue maybe?

I am also having a problem always showing sub categories, I have already set it in the admin, and not working.
