Sub Category Problems....

I tried to find this answer myself, but had no luck. It's probably a simple solution but I can't figure it out.

I have a few ZenCart shops and I dont have this problem with any of them so I don't know what the deal is.

Ok when I click on a category normally in the main area of the site there would be small thumbnails and the titles of the sub-categories, but there is not. And I have no clue what to change to make them appear.

If someone needs a better explanation to help me with this just let me know. Thanks in advanced.
