hi

i am having problems in the process of setting up my pasword, i have inserted a password in loczlhost on myphpadmin but when i now try to access myphpadmin - localhost i am gettin the following message,

MySQL said:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

i have tried to reinstall wamp server but i am stil being presented with the same message, im unsure of a way round this at such an early stage and any help would be appreciated!
