Changing Page Titles

You set up the ez-page as a page with content, not an internal link, so it doesn't actually point to the featured products listing page.
To change any displayed text, use the Developers Toolkit in admin > Tools. Paste the text you want to change in the top left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file and line number where that text is defined. Edit that file (and save in your template override folder).

Thank you for the above information. I want to link this to the Featured Products but have the header in the page to say Featured Collection. When I have it linked to the Featured Products it is saying Featured Products. Where do I alter the header name in the root folder? Can I do this?

BTW: I placed the featured Product page link in there so you can see what I'm talking about
