I've got my site published and have had a few sales. I am using ZenCart 1.3.8. I have the Per Unit - per weight shipping option installed. Everything seemed to be going okay until I had a sale from California. I have to add sales tax for CA and that seemed to go okay. The tax was calculated but then the shipping cost went to $0.00. It should have been $9.99.

What do I need to set for this to work when I have to add tax for California?
