    Default Please help - Fedex Rates not returned

    I am using zen cart version 1.3.8. Fedex express and fedex ground shipping rates not returned from fedex. it's showing "No Rates Returned, F00B : Invalid recipient country". But country, city and zip everything correct. Please help
