I'm having issues with merchant calculated shipping for my site. The only shipping options that show up when a customer tries to use Google Checkout are the FedEx options. I also have UPS and USPS setup as shipping options, but they do not appear under "Shipping & Handling" on the Google Checkout page. They work for local checkout and PayPal checkout. They do appear in the list momentarily, until the merchant calculated response is received by Google. How do I intercept the XML messages being sent to the Google Checkout server? I'm not sure when this started happening, but the last time somebody used Google Checkout with a non-FedEx shipping method was 7/29/2010, at which time somebody used UPS through Google Checkout.
