I can't find anything clear on this...

What happens when a paypal (express) payment is made on your wesbite?

You receive an email? from your shop? From Paypal?

Can you view in your paypal account immediately that a payment has been made? How long until it is visible?

In your shop you can see a confirmation if paypal payment successful?

I have had a customer say she made a payment through paypal on our website. She said she put in the paypal details twice.

The customer has been listed as new customer.

I did an IPN test and that was all good.
