    Default PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard Setting Problem

    I have a problem with the payment status. I had mistaken insert the Business ID into the settings.

    Business ID
    Primary email address for your PayPal account.
    NOTE: This must match EXACTLY the primary email address on your PayPal account settings. It IS case-sensitive, so please check your PayPal profile preferences at paypal.com and be sure to enter the EXACT same primary email address here.

    The problem is that I included the wrong Paypal primary email address when I receive a payment. Then the payment status is set to pending

    Payment Type: instant
    Payment Status: Pending
    Pending Reason: unilateral


    Now I didn't receive the money. But the order was completed. I talked to Paypal and they seem not having this transaction in their system.

    Now I have insert the correct email but how do I receive the payment?

    Can somebody help me on this?

    'unilateral' status means that it got sent to an email address that didn't already have a PayPal account. You'll need to add that email address to your existing PayPal account's list of email addresses. That will merge the payment into that PayPal account.
