Credit Card Form not appearing

Hi All,

I'm a newbie with zen-cart so please bear with me. I'm taking over an installation which works on another server and moving it to mine. However I cannot get the credit card form to appear on my checkout page.

I've checked the admin, it is installed and enabled but all I get in the form is :

"We accept: Visa MC
This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order."

But no area where I can input the information, can anybody shed some light on why this might be the case?

UPDATE:

It would appear that any payment module I choose doesn't appear, I just enabled and COD and I still get nothing?

Check the Sort Orders on your Payment Modules ... make sure there are no duplicates ... if you have 1 Payment Module with a Sort Order, make sure all installed Payment Modules have Sort Orders ...

If you have installed Payment Modules that you do not use, remove them ...

If things still are not working try:
1 Check if you have Zones set on the Payment Modules ... if they are incorrect or you are not sure, remove them

2 Switch to Classic Template

3 Remove and Install and configure all Payment Modules
