Problems After Security Patch

I uploaded the security patch files earlier today and had a problem accessing my admin panel. I did what the instructions said to do and deleted all the security files and replaced the html_output.php file with the original one that I had saved on my computer.

It seems as though I may have accidentaly replaced the wrong file, ie, the one in the includes/functions folder instead of the admin/includes/functions folder. Now I get this error when I try to access my website:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare zen_js_zone_list() (previously declared in /home/content/b/o/p/bopeep1/html/zencart/includes/functions/functions_general.php:1395) in /home/content/b/o/p/bopeep1/html/zencart/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 156

I did not save the original copy of the file from the includes/functions folder because I knew that wasn't the one I needed to replace. Is there any way I can recover this file?

I believe I've fixed my problem, my site is coming up now.
