Image issues help!!

by enlarge image is too huge, my product listing image is too small and distorted. i am using image handler 2 already. please guide me!!

By default, the large image is what ever you have - to alter, use a photo editor and size all images the same

my product listing image is too small and distorted

admin > config > images > change the ones you want
