Add ALL Values for an Option with a click?

I'm wondering if there is a way to add an Option with all of its corresponding Values. I have a 59 Option product with 81 values per option that hasn't been inputted yet.

I've set up the values for all 59. That was made easy by the "Copy ALL Option Values to another Option Name". YAY Whoever created that one!

But now I need to add each option and all of its values. UG...don't want to do it one at a time for almost 5,000 attributes.
