Hide Address Book Entries

When the user selects "Change Shipping Address" during checkout process, is it possible to hide/disable the display of the
"...Or Choose From Your Address Book Entries" section?

You can limit the number of addresses per customer to 1 in the Admin area. I think its listed under maximum values.

I tried that, but what it did then was limit me to one address, and once I entered in the address, subsequent orders would not let me enter any more and could only select the one.

Ideally what I'd like to be able to do is not worry about the maxium and just let the user enter as many different shipping addresses as they require, don't want to remember them nor display past addresses.

I know this is somewhat counter-useful, but customer is asking for it to be disabled.
