I am trying to change to the bulletin board zen cart template. I downloaded it and unzipped it but I think I may have downloaded it to the wrong folder...because under tools I don't have the option to select it as a template I only have the default green. which folder am i supposed to download it to?

I do not see any template named "bulletin board" in the downloads section???
