I'm definitely sure I have seen once this same issue discussed here but I can't simply find it with the search function.
So I tried few hours by now.

Hidden products are shown in search results (ZC 1.3.7) when they should not. If I choose to put a product hidden, or category hidden, it should not be found by searching either. We may delete some of these later on but now we need to only hide them since some of the products are coming back later on.
