Shipping cost showing without tax on "Estimate shipping"

Hello. Kind of new to zen cart, but I already love it. I have a few problems though. I'll start with this one :

I was really sure I had set up this whole zone & tax thing correctly, but I just noticed that when someone, who is not logged in, click on "Estimate shipping", the shipping cost is shown without tax. But when you log in, you see the shipping cost correctly, with tax.

For shipping I use a swedish module called "Posten AB", and this is a table rate. I have entered the prices in table without tax. It's showing correctly everywhere else, except in the "Estimate Shipping" window.

In configuration / my store I selected basis of product & shipping tax on "Shipping Adress", because when I have it on "Store", which maybe would make more sense, nothing is shown with tax, not even the shipping cost.

Should I try changing my basis of product & shipping tax to "Store", and then fill in the table rate with tax? Would that possibly work? I guess I have to set the product prices again then, though, so I wanna see if there's a better solution before I try this one :)

Would be truly greatful for some advice.

Assuming different tax rates for different destinations, how could the estimater calculate the tax without knowing the destination? That is, without the customer being logged in?

Yeah, you're right of course, but the prices in the webshop is showing correctly, even without being logged in.

I must have done something wrong in the config. Gonna go through all settings again.

Well, this is even more strange :

I set my basis of shipping / product tax on "Store", and the products are showing with tax, UNTIL someone, from any location, sign in - then all product prices are shown without tax - while the shipping estimater actually shows prices with tax - but only when being signed in, otherwise, shipping prices are shown without tax.

I'm really confused about this. I was actually about to launch the webshop when I noticed this. I'm really stuck here. Don't know what to do. Really, really frustrating.

Some guidence would be TRULY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
