I have been doing a lot of searching to find an answer to this issue and have found nothing. I am assuming it's not a bug as I am sure it would be well documented if this were the case, so I was unsure where to post this question.

When a customer registers their details on the site I am working with, if the form does not validate, they are asked to correct the details that are invalid. However, on resubmitting the form, it will not process successfully even if the form is filled with valid data. A notice appears at the top of the screen which says

"Please click here to try creating your account again. If you continue to have problems please use the livehelp facility"

I don't think this is an environmental issue, as the same thing happens on my Windows based dev machine and the Linux based server.

Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround?

Any help or advice would be gratefully received!
