Sliding scale postage based on order value

please can you help me. I need to set up a post rate based on order value as -

Orders up to £15.00 will be £150 postage.

Orders £15.01 up to £25.00 will be £2.00

And Orders over £25.01 will be post free.

please can someone tell me how i set this up

You would use the Table Rate module in Admin - Modules - Shipping.

When you install the module, there's a simple explanation of how it works in the configuration settings.
