Blank page appears when clicking shopping cart or my account

Please help! when customers add somthing to their shopping cart on my website www.creativegiftsnmore.com or click on shopping cart or my account they get a blank page. does anyone know how i can fix this?

I just checked the site and the blank page also appears when trying to check out.

Check the language files you have edited for an additional line break(Spaces) after the ?> closing tag.

i have not edited any language files. i don't know how to do that yet.
