Changing background colour of mainpage wrapper only

Hello,

Ive been searching around for hours trying to find a way to do it.

Basically the mainpage of my site needs to be all black, including the background of the mainWrapper BUT this is for the mainpage/homepage only.

The mainWrapper needs to have a white background for all other pages of the site, basically i just need to know how to change the background colour of the mainWrapper for the homepage only to black and keep the mainWrapper for every other page white.

There are a few ways of doing it but I think the easiest is to use a css rule like:

#mainWrapper{background-color:white;}
#indexHomeBody #mainWrapper{background-color:black;}
