I have the same question, somewhat different.
Currently my CFO is the primary address in PayPal.
We are going live soon with Zen Cart.
Once the CFO feels comfortable with the PayPal transactions, we will change the PayPal primary address to our store manager.
We are testing with and will go live with PayPal Express/Payment Pro.
I only see API signiture in Express Checkout.
When I change the Primary Address in PayPal, I can generate a new API signature and update Express Checkout.
Will this change emails to the new primary address?
