I've had MagneticOne power seo installed and running smooth for months now then a few days ago it crashes.
I go to their site magnet icone DOT com and it's offline. Something fishy! Checked with my hosting support and all looks fine, just not allowing the add-on to work. Anyone else with this problem? Please help!!!

That is a commercial addon - you'll have to talk to them about it.
