I have followed the installation instructions to the letter as far as I can see but I cant make this work. I cant find anyone else having problems with just installing it so it must be something I am missing. All I get is my two test categories side by side. This is my test site.

I messed up the title, this is what i am having problems with

looking at it with firefox developer tool the menu is not there at all
