How to add a sign in - loggin web page before entering the main page?

Guys hello,
Does anyone know How to add a sign in - loggin web page before entering the main page?
I found it some months ago but know i cannot remember how to disable it ? :)

Usually that's done by adding an index.html page to the root directory of Zencart. Most servers are set up to load index.html before index.php. Just remove the index.html file to disable it.
