How to add one option name and multiple option values at one time?

I have seen post that beat around this subject but no clear answer to what I'm trying to do. Is there a way to add 1 option name that has multiple option values at one time? For example, take the option name "size" which has option values xs, s, m, l, xl, and so one. Is there a way to add all this data without having to do an insert for each individual option value? Mind you that this is just an example, what I am dealing with requires more data entry than s, m, or l. Does anyone know if the is a bulk way to upload just attributes through Easy Populate?

Also is there a way to bulk upload categories and subcategories?

You should be able to do all of those things through Easy Populate if your question hasnt been answered already.
