Thank you for an amazing cart! I am very close to launching a clients online store, but the shipping is making me dizzy. I have several different types of items that need different shipping rules. Let me spell it out.

Item 1 = flat rate $2.50 for any amount of them anywhere.
Item 2 = $4.50 per item shipped in US. $6.50 International
Item 3 = $7.50 per item in US. $14.50 International.
etc.....

so i have a single flat rate for all zones, and multiple per item rates for 2 zones. Please help!
