Is anyone using the Payment Juction Gateway files?

A client uses payment junction (also know as Trinity I believe) and they have files on their site to add to zen cart to enable it as the processor. I'm using the default settings which are the demo login and password, but when i place a test order, I get a transaction failed error.

Also, depite the error, the order is still added to the DB an the confimation emails are sent.

Could anyone using this processor give me a hand on getting it to work?

I've attached the zip from them if that is helpful.
