change the 'Sort By' drop down menu that appears at the top of the product list page?

I want to change the options from ABC... to:

* Best Match
* Price - Low to High
* Price - High to Low
* Avg. Customer Review


Any idea on how to do that?

Not sure what "Best Match" is?? to what? entered where?

Only way is to custom code this
