Testimonial Manager Problem

When I click on Read More> on the testimonial box a error pops up.
Everything else seems to be working fine. Can anyone help. Thank you for your time and attention.

it gives me a page not found error. I have a custom one on but it's still the same.

As I pointed out above make sure you have ALL the files uploaded to your server.

I loaded Testimonials Manager on one shared server and it worked flawlessly. It was also uploaded on a perfectly clean, empty zencart.

Now I'm trying to load it on full site (with a couple of add-ons already installed) that's been running for a while on a dedicated server, I uploaded the sql patch first and then all the files in my "public_html" and in my "private_html" and now I'm getting this warning message:

Warning: require(includes/extra_datafiles/testimonials_manager.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/public_html/admin/includes/init_includes/init_file_db_names.php on line 40

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/extra_datafiles/testimonials_manager.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/public_html/admin/includes/init_includes/init_file_db_names.php on line 40

Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Thanks! I guess I didn't realize my FTP wasn't uploading all the files entirely. Thanks for the simple solution!
