Is it possible to set up Zen Cart so that the e-mails related to a sale go to two different e-mail addresses?

Yes, in admin>configuration>email options>Send Copy of Order Confirmation Emails To
Send COPIES of order confirmation emails to the following email addresses, in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>Mary Ellen
