Any addon available for "quote your price"?

Hi,
on my store site, I want the customers to be able to request a product and also specify a price they want for that product, more like quote your own price. Is there any addon/module already available for that?

I looked at the auction but I need something like this.

Product: <might not be listed in the catogories>
Comments: < specific Details about the product >
Asking Price: < price the customer would like to pay>
Time Frame: < How soon the customer needs the product>

Then I will research for the product and reply back if that product is available at that price and then list the product for private listing and then the customer can buy it

For what you describe I have not seen any module...
You would have to write custom code to accomplish this
