New customer confirmation mail - send also their password

Hello!

Can anyone help me - when new customer has created their account, they get a welcome mail.

Now we would need that this welcome mail should have their USER NAME and PASSWORD listed.


Any ideas on how to do this?

Would strongly suggest you forget that idea completely!

Let's see, I am a credit card thief.... So I register with a spoofed address, get everything all in one shot and checkout with my stolen credit card #.

I register accidentally with a typo in my email address and the username and password is then sent to someone else.

Customers can easily recover their password IF they have provided a valid email address and anything less is quite a security risk.

Well the problem is that we were attanding a fair - and our potential customers had signed a form and we had manually inserted them into Zen Cart admin - so they recieve this confirmation mail but they dont know what their password is...

Any tips?

Then the password is sent in the "Welcome Email" as long as you have checked the box.
