Custom Header Index Only

I have read posts on this and I have created a new folder /My_Template/index/tpl_header.php

But the header appears on all pages except EZ pages. I only want the custom header on the main index page.

It appears I cannot use the override system as I have to define cpath as ' ' for this to work. So I think I must code this in the default header template and not use the override? Please confirm.


Any help would be appreciated. I am working on a local machine with local mysql so I have no link for you.

Nevermind... I did use the override and code the following in my override file. Works great now.

?>
